Colorganic® made in Japan deep brown twill 58" wide by the half yard
Foxfibre® Colorganic® 4.4 oz 3/3 twill composed of such very fine yarns spun at Taishoboseki in Japan. By the half yard increments. Expertly woven into fabric by Toban Textiles of Japan out of ringspun yarns made out of 80% “Coyote” brown and 20% Sea Island (desert type) grown on the 32 year legacy organic Alvarez Farms in New Mexico. There are 90 ends per inch in the warp and 80 picks per inch in the fill. It is smooth on one side and lightly brushed on the other. I was only able to get a few rolls of this. In the photos the darker fabric is laundered once to develop the color. I add 1/4 cup washing soda to warm water and dry using the cotton setting. This amplifies the color the most for me. The color of course keeps developing with more launderings. It really wrinkles, as the fabric is so very precious. This is an unusually soft and tender fabric.
