It is difficult to present an absolutely accurate representation of color and aesthetic quality using scanned images over the Web. If you are interested in ordering one of our products, we strongly suggest you see the real thing in advance; we offer swatches and yarn samples for a nominal cost. See below for pricing.

These products may have some flaws and are sold "as is". THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise directed. Please include your street address.

All orders must be prepaid. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard and VISA. California residents please add 7.25% sales tax. Call for International shipping, large orders, and air rates.

We do not have a secure Internet service provider and cannot be responsible for the security of credit card numbers sent to us via e-mail. We can receive order details via e-mail, and strongly encourage you to call or fax to give us any credit card information.

Domestic Shipping Information

Fiber, Sliver, Fabric, and Yarn:

Samples:

• Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a request for swatches of yarn. One ounce postage (.43) should suffice.
• For yarn samples, send $8.00. This includes the samples and the postage.
• Sliver, fabric, and fiber samples are discontinued.

Socks:

Please add $4.00 for Priority mail shipping for a package of socks (3 pair).
